At Transforming Dolls we strive to have your products out to you between 3-10 working days. This is dependent on your location within Australia and stock levels. This may vary at times but we will make every attempt to contact you if there are any unforeseen delays.
We currently use Australia Post for all our deliveries.
- All shipping is carried out through Australia Post eParcel which is a trackable service with signature required on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection. Parcels will be delivered on weekdays only.
- Street addresses only. NO post boxes.

We currently only ship to Australian addresses. Standard Shipping costs are $10.95 AUD
Express Shipping is currently unavailable. Please contact us directly if you require urgent delivery.
Transforming Dolls offer a postage insurance option for an additional $3.95. The insurance provides you with full cover for any loss or damage during transit. If you do not select postage insurance, unfortunately we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to your parcel once it’s in Australia Posts system. Refunds or exchanges therefore cannot be provided.
On occasion, free shipping is available with a promotional offer. To ensure you are always notified, please sign up to receive our newsletter.
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to check out. Transforming Dolls takes no responsibility for delivering to incorrect addresses supplied by customers
In the unlikely event that a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Products must be in originally package and unopened.
Regrettably, the original shipping fee is not refundable.
When ordering, please choose your product shades carefully. We do not offer refunds for wrong colour choice. If you have any questions regarding shades, ingredients, or application, please contact us before placing your order. Please choose carefully as we cannot refund due to change of mind.
Please note colour swatches may vary on different computer monitors. At Transforming Dolls, all our products are given “straight forward” product names to avoid colour confusion on purchase. If you are unsure feel free to contact us at email@example.com for further assistance.
Book our In House workshops to view colours first hand in order to avoid this. Please note Workshops are currently only available within the Melbourne metropolitan area.
If you think there is a fault with an item that you received, please contact us immediately. Please choose your cosmetics carefully as once they are open they cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To initiate a return, kindly email us at Include your invoice number and we will send you instructions on how to return the item.

Please allow 48 hours for a reply. Processing time for returns may take up to 10 working days from the time the return is received back in Head Office.
Please note that only products purchased online from www.transformingdolls.com.au will be accepted for return. We regret that we cannot accept exchanges.
